treatment of
personal data

This page describes how this site is managed with regard to the processing of personal data of users who consult them. This information is provided in accordance with current legislation on personal data for users who interact with the services of this site in the framework of the EU Regulation 2016/679. The information is provided only for this site and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user through our links.

Data Controller

The processing operations connected to web services and are only handled by technical staff of the Office in charge of processing, or others charged with occasional maintenance operations. No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disseminated.

Purposes of the treatment

  • To respond to requests from the interested party, to manage the participation of the interested party in the activities carried out by the Data Controller, to comply with legal obligations.

  • Use of data for promotional purposes by sending commercial communications or carrying out market studies.

  • Analyze the habits and behaviors of the interested parties for profiling purposes.

The personal data provided by users who submit requests or intend to use services or products offered through the site and receive further specific content are used only to respond to requests or perform the service or provision requested and are communicated to third parties only where this is necessary for that purpose. The legal basis of these treatments is the need to respond to requests from interested parties or perform activities provided for in the agreements defined with the interested parties.

With the express consent of the user, the data may be used for commercial communication activities relating to offers of additional products or services of the owner. Legal basis of this treatment is the consent freely expressed by the person concerned.

Outside of these hypotheses, users' browsing data are kept for the time strictly necessary for the management of processing activities within the limits of the law.

 

​Types of Data

The Data that may be collected by this Site are identification and address data, IP address and other Data related to the User's generalities or to the technical modalities of the User's access to the Site. Only in relation to purposes of treatment different from the provision of services offered by the site and expressly requested by the person concerned, the consent of the person concerned to their treatment may be required.

Due to the specific characteristics of the site, navigation data useful for the technical use of the Site, are necessarily collected and failure to acquire them makes it impossible to use the services offered by the site. On the other hand, the User may freely provide the remaining Data, including personal Data, where not expressly indicated.

In addition, it should be noted that failure to provide certain Data (e.g. contact data, or addresses, or data on user behavior or preferences, etc.) may make it impossible for the Site to provide all the services.

Should the User provide, by his/her own choice, data referring to third parties, he/she relieves the Site from any responsibility for their treatment for purposes instrumental to the services offered by the Site itself.

Legal bases that legitimize the treatment

  • To execute the request of the interested party or to perform pre-contractual or legal contractual obligations. This legal basis legitimizes the processing of data to respond to requests from the interested party, to perform contractual or pre-contractual obligations or law.

  • Consent of the data subject. This legal basis legitimizes the processing of data for sending commercial communications / market studies by the owner.

  • Consent of the interested party. This legal basis legitimizes the analysis of the habits and behaviors of the interested parties for profiling.

 

Recipients

  • Providers of services instrumental to the purposes detailed in point 2 of the Information on data processing.

  • Companies, organizations and / or entities that receive data as a result of the consent given by the person concerned.

 

Rights

​

The interested party shall have the right, in relation to their own data, to:

  • access,

  • cancel or rectify,

  • limit its processing,

  • request portability,

  • oppose the processing.

In any case, the interested party may appeal to the Guarantor for the protection of personal data.

Types of data processed

Navigation data

​

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the communication protocols of the Internet. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error, etc..) and other parameters regarding the operating system and computer environment. These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site.

Data provided voluntarily by the user

​

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on the site involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, and any other personal data included in the message. Specific summary information will be progressively reported or displayed on the pages of the site prepared for particular services on request.

 

Cookies

​

A cookie is a textual element that is placed on the hard drive of a computer only after authorization. Cookies have the function of streamlining the analysis of web traffic or to indicate when a specific site is visited and allow web applications to send information to individual users. No personal user data is acquired by the site in this regard. We do not use cookies to transmit information of a personal nature, nor do we use so-called persistent cookies of any kind, or systems for tracing users. The use of so-called session cookies is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to enable the safe and efficient exploration of the site. The session c.d. cookies used in the site avoid the use of other computer techniques potentially prejudicial to the confidentiality of user navigation and do not allow the acquisition of personal identification data of the user.

Optional provision of data

Apart from that specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data to request the services offered by the Owner. Failure to provide such data may make it impossible to obtain what has been requested.

Modalities of treatment and data retention times

​

Personal data are processed by automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are taken to prevent data loss, illegal or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

The data are kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes indicated in this statement and will be deleted at the end of this period, unless the data must be kept for legal obligations or to enforce a right in court.

Rights of the interested parties

Within the limits and under the conditions provided for by the law, the owner has the obligation to respond to requests from the interested party regarding personal data concerning him. In particular, according to current legislation:

1. The interested party has the right to obtain from the data controller confirmation that personal data concerning him or her is or is not being processed, and if so, to obtain access to the personal data and the following information:

  • the purposes of the processing;

  • the categories of personal data concerned;

  • the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated, in particular if they are recipients in third countries or international organizations;

  • where possible, the expected period of retention of the personal data or, if this is not possible, the criteria used to determine this period;

  • the existence of the data subject's right to request from the data controller the rectification or erasure of personal data or the restriction of the processing of personal data concerning him or her or to object to their processing;

  • the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;

  • where the data are not collected from the data subject, all available information on their origin;

  • the existence of an automated decision-making process, including profiling

2. The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him or her without undue delay. Taking into account the purposes of the treatment, the person concerned has the right to obtain the integration of incomplete personal data, including by providing a supplementary declaration.

3. The interested party has the right to obtain from the data controller the cancellation of personal data concerning him without undue delay and the data controller is obliged to delete without undue delay personal data within the limits and in the cases provided for by current legislation. The holder of the treatment communicates to each of the recipients to whom the personal data were transmitted any corrections or cancellations or limitations of treatment within the limits and in the forms provided by current legislation.

4. The interested party has the right to obtain from the data controller the limitation of processing.

5. The data subject shall have the right to receive in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format personal data concerning him or her that have been provided to a data controller and shall have the right to transmit such data to another data controller without hindrance by the data controller to whom he or she has provided them.

In order to exercise the rights listed above, the interested party must submit a request using the following contact points through which the Data Protection Officer may also be contacted.

2. PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING AND RETENTION TIME

​

The purpose of direct marketing with the sending of commercial/promotional communications and advertising material relating to offers of services/products, by means of automated contact methods (such as e-mail, SMS or MMS) and traditional methods (such as telephone calls with an operator) on the Company's products/services, and notification of company events.
If necessary, to ascertain, exercise or defend the rights of the Owner in court.

Storage of personal data:

​

With reference to the data collected by the Owner for requests from the interested party, execution of contractual, pre-contractual or legal obligations: The Owner will retain the database for the time necessary to manage the activities related to data processing.

With reference to advertising activities: the data of the interested parties will be kept for the time necessary for the execution of the activity avoiding in any case the conservation for an indefinite period of time and favoring the exercise of their rights by the interested party. The retention time is set at two years, unless the interested party takes action to confirm his willingness to allow the use of his data.

With reference to data collected for profiling purposes: data subjects' data will be kept for one year.

3. LEGAL BASES THAT LEGITIMIZE THE PROCESSING OF DATA

​

The legitimacy for the processing of your data in relation to the purposes of processing is based on the following:

  • In order to manage the requests of the data subject and the participation of the data subject in activities carried out by the Data Controller - Need to execute requests of the data subject.

  • In order to carry out commercial communications of third companies/market studies by the Owner also outside EU territory - Consent of the interested party.

  • For the purpose of profiling based on the interests and behavior of the person concerned - Consent of the person concerned.

4. RECIPIENTS TO WHOM THE PERSONAL DATA WILL BE COMMUNICATED

The data collected for requests made by the interested party with respect to requests organized by the Owner may be communicated to subjects authorized to process and responsible suppliers necessary for the processing of personal data.

Data collected for the realization of advertising actions by the Owner and for profiling activities: there are no communications of data to third party recipients but the data may be processed by those responsible for treatment with specific legal act.

Your request must indicate dates, name, request, address for notification purposes. To avoid any misunderstanding about the identity of the individual requesting the exercise of their rights, the Owner reserves the right to ask for a copy of an identity document to confirm the identity of the applicant in cases where this is necessary.
